What We Do For Your Free Yearly Inspection:

  • Toilets-inspecting the mechanisms in the tank for wear and proper adjustment, as well as the tank and bowl for leaks or cracks.

  • Faucets-check for ease of operation, visually inspect the cartridges, stems, seals and aerator for proper water flow, also check for any leaking and make note of any corrosion.

  •  Water heater-verify proper temperature setting, observe the pressure relief valve for corrosion, the vent assembly for signs of leaking carbon monoxide.

  • System wide safety inspection-identify the emergency water shut-off valve and the emergency gas shut-off valve, as well as, the shut off valves for each sink, toilet, water heater and the water main.  So that you can avoid major damage in case of an emergency.

If any additional work is identified during the inspection and is performed within 30 days,  the work will be done at a discounted rate.
